Statement of account generator

Show a client everything they owe in one page — built automatically from the invoices and payments you already have.

Built from your own records

Every invoice, credit note and recorded payment is already in your workspace, so a statement is one click away: open Clients, press Statement next to the client, pick the period and currency, and download the PDF. It shows the opening balance, each document and payment with a running balance, overdue items highlighted, and the balance due.

When to send a statement

New here? Create and issue a few invoices first — statements use issued invoices, credit notes and the payments you record.

Private by design

There is no account and no server behind this invoice generator. Your business details, clients, products and invoices are stored in your browser's own database (IndexedDB) and never uploaded. The PDF is built on your device. The only request the app ever makes on its own is optional: if you click Use ECB rate on a foreign-currency invoice, it asks the European Central Bank for that day's reference rate — sending just the two currency codes and the date. That also means nobody else has a copy — download a backup from Settings → Backup now and then, and keep it with your accounting files. Nothing is locked in: every PDF carries its own data, the backup format is documented, and you can download an offline copy of the whole app.

Frequently asked questions

What is a statement of account?

A summary of all transactions with one client over a period — invoices, credits and payments — ending with the balance they owe.

Can a statement mix currencies?

No — one statement per currency, so the balance is meaningful. Clients who pay in two currencies get two statements.
