Most invoice tools stop at one QR format, if any. This one picks the national standard for your country automatically — and you can choose any other.
Anywhere else — the UK, US, Canada, Australia — add a second Pay online code for PayPal.me (with the amount filled in), Revolut, Monzo, Venmo, Cash App, a Wise or Stripe payment link, or a Bitcoin address. You can print a bank code and a payment-link code side by side.
Each format follows its official specification and is tested against the published examples of the banks' associations and central banks, or against established reference implementations where no official example exists. The amount is always the balance due, and the reference is filled in from the invoice number where the standard allows it.
The codes are created in your browser from your own data — nothing is sent to a payment provider, and there are no fees. It is a normal bank transfer (or your own payment link).
There is no account and no server behind this invoice generator. Your business details, clients, products and invoices are stored in your browser's own database (IndexedDB) and never uploaded. The PDF is built on your device. That also means nobody else has a copy — download a backup from Settings → Backup now and then, and keep it with your accounting files.
Each standard needs its own details — usually a valid IBAN, sometimes a payment ID such as a UPI address or PIX key — and a matching currency. The Payment section tells you exactly what is missing.
The national one is chosen automatically from your business country and the invoice currency. You can pick any other standard in Payment → Bank transfer QR code.
Yes. Choose a payment link in Payment → Pay online. It is printed as a second QR code and as a clickable link in the PDF.
